Another small loss, but a loss none the less! It was a tough week for a weird reason, I wanted to celebrate reaching this milestone but my typical way of celebrating is to eat which isn’t the way to go this time. So all I focused on was not going over my calories each day and getting in as much exercise as I could. I actually just worked towards a maintain, the fact that I still lost something is great! Plus I am now officially over the -50LB mark! I feel really good today!
What I did end up doing was going to the Green Russell Friday night with some good friends, I was being good-ish trying to drink a lot of water in between all of my drinks. We had so much fun and I got to wear clothes I haven’t fit into for years! The only bad thing was drinking the night before a hike, I have to admit I was a little nervous about how I would perform….
A loss is a loss. You’re moving in the right direction. Good for you!
