no change… which I guess means I need to change, right!?!?!?
The one thing I do have to say is that I am definitely getting smaller even if I am not losing weight, maybe I need to finally do some measurements. I hate measuring but I need to change-up something to stay motivated! Stay tuned….
That said, todays hike was all over the place, I am trying to figure out how to get it all down but it was good, then bad then good….and finally good.
I will get the details out as soon as I can!
Keep it up! I find when I reach a plateau I need to redo my routine. I would change it up. If you lift weights at all increase the weight etc. If you are doing cardio change up what you are doing! I have a good HIIT cardio workout on my blog if you like running on the treadmill or outside. check it out!
Keep going!!! Maybe switch up what your eating a little bit. Or if you always do the same workouts every week try something else. When I stall, I take a cheat day. I know people think that’s horrible but the next day I’m back in the gym…the next time I weigh in *BOOM* stall over, pounds gone. Good luck! and Stay Motivated!! : )
I am a big proponent of the cheat day and have one every week! But maybe my body is too used to it after the past year of working on things. I think this is great advice and I did switch-up this week with your advice in mind. I have been doing a lot processed food for standard meals and am trying to get more real made to order stuff but still stay within my calories… I am hopeful tomorrow will show a change. thanks for checking out my blog and good luck on your journey!!!
